Sergio is a legal operations professional with hands-on experience supporting U.S. law firms in Immigration and Personal Injury matters. His background includes case coordination, client communication, document management, intake support, and day-to-day legal workflows. As COO of Virtual Aurora, Sergio oversees operational execution, process optimization, service quality, and the development of remote legal teams, helping ensure consistent and efficient support for our partner law firms.
